Hi @chap.vinny,
Please be informed that SanDisk®’s warranty does NOT provide for data recovery or reimbursement for data recovery services. The SanDisk® warranty covers the product itself but does not cover any damages (monetary loss claims) due to data loss.
If your memory card or flash drive is no longer functional or cannot be accessed by your computer, then you will need to send it to a data recovery company. They will attempt to recover data on your memory card or flash drive.

Hey, if your SD card is corrupted, check out this link: https://www.easeus.com/sd-card-recovery/memory-card-recovery-software.html.
It shows you exactly how to recover your lost files.
Hi Amit,
If your mobile is showing “SD card is corrupted, format it”, do not format the card yet.
First, remove the microSD card and connect it to a computer using a card reader. If the card opens, copy your important files immediately to another drive. If the computer also asks you to format the card, click Cancel and don’t proceed with formatting.
You can also try the card in another phone, computer, or card reader to rule out a device issue.
If the card is detected but the files aren’t accessible, a recovery tool such as Stellar Photo Recovery can often recover photos, videos, and other files before any repair or formatting is attempted.

Can you tell us the card’s brand, capacity, and whether a computer can still detect it?
Do not format the card right now, as doing so makes data recovery more complicated. You need to extract your files to a computer using data recovery software before attempting any repairs.
- Turn off your phone, remove the Micro SD card, and plug it into a computer using a card reader.
- Download a professional file recovery program to scan your SD card, preview the found files and save them directly to your computer’s hard drive (Do not save them back onto the SD card).
If you cannot see your files, use a built-in Windows repair tool to fix the errors. Open the Windows Start menu, type cmd, right-click Command Prompt, and choose Run as administrator.Look in “This PC” to find your SD card’s drive letter (e.g., E:).Type chkdsk E: /f /r (replace E: with your card’s actual letter) and press Enter.Wait for the scan to finish. This fixes errors and often restores access to your data.
