Please help. I have a new laptop and was moving files from my old laptop using my WD My Book. While in the process of copying my files from the portable drive to my new laptop, the files disappeared. I couldn’t believe my eyes! All the files were in one folder and the folder is gone. The folder is not on my laptop or the WD My Book.
Please help me find and restore my files. Thank you.

Its always recommend copying the files rather moving.
