Loss data because of function "Erase Drive"

I used the function “Erase Drive” and lossed all my data in my external disk “my passport”. Is there any way to restore my data? if yes, how can I do that?

Yoy can try recovery software but it’s doubtful you’ll get much back. Erase drive menas delete.
