iXpand Go device name - windows 10

Ixpand Charger and Drives iXpand™ Go, Flip, and Luxe

I bought the iXpand go and when i insert it into my windows 10 pc it is called usb hard drive, but doesn’t actually appear as iXpand Go in file explorer.

How can i get it to use the correct device name.
