my ixpand used to transfer file between my iphone 11 and windows pc, but now when i plugin to my pc, go to file explorer and find external drive, the capacity size didn’t appear and when i click the drive, my pc stop responding and i need to restart my pc
but the ixpand still works fine on my iphone and ipad, and the file transfer within the ixpand app still working
i have tried formatting my ixpand with windows formatting menu, it don’t respond and other usb formatting software don’t work too
does anyone ever encountered this issue?
