Ixpand app won't show all the videos

Hello,

I just received my new Ixpand 128GB and I’ve started transferring a bunch of videos downloaded from youtube (.mp4), all divided into folders.

So far, everything is good, however when I open the app, not all the videos are listed.

Can anybody help me with this?

if you go to view files it will show you a list of the files and folder on the ixpand. do you see it there? this should look exactly like,it looks when viewing on a computer.
