Issue with Wireless Passport Pro 4TB showing as 250GB and not mounting

Just wondering if someone could provide me some assistance.

I am having issues with my brand new Wireless Passport Pro (only bought it today).

The drive fails to mount on my Mac and my Win 10 PC. On Win 10 it comes up as Uninitialised and fails with a Cyclic Redundancy Error when I try to initialise it.

I would also like to mention that the Web UI things that the drive is only 250GB!

It seems that your WD My Passport Wireless Pro device is not functioning as expected.

You can try reformatting the device by following the steps given in the link mentioned below:

Please know that Reformatting the drive is a Data Destructive and cannot be undone. Once the process begins, ALL THE DATA ON THE DRIVE WILL BE LOST!
