My WDPassport Wireless no longer shows up when I plug it in. When I tried the wireless, the drive showed up, but none of my saved data could be found under “Public” and “SD” folders. The two lights blinked red. I read that I needed to contact support, but they are closed. I have 350GB of data on the drive. Freaking out a bit… Any help is appreciated… Dave

I recommend you contact support during their working hours or just send them an email explaining your issue.
Don’t freak out. ;)
The alternating red flashing just means an unrecoverable boot error. It should still be readable if you plug into your PC via USB.
Back up your data, then do the two-button-reset outlined in the manual and see if that gets you up and running.
Your data SHOULD remain intact during this procedure, but back it up to your PC just in case.
The reset will probably return the firmware to a previous version (depending on what it shipped with) so you may need to do the firmware upgrade again after you do that.
