I own a MY PASSPORT EXTERNAL HDD 500GB.
I have been facing an issue from last 1 day that my drive is powering up but it’s not working.
I have contacted WD for replacement process and is there any option to get my data recovery done before getting my
drive replaced.
Please help me out with this and if I have to pay anything can you people provide me an idea about how much I have to
pay for the data recovery.
