when I attenpt ro install SanDisk software I get message that I do not have permnission

Is the USB drive a SanDisk drive? Is the software on the USB drive? The SanDisk software only runs on SanDisk drives.

The software on the drive doesn’t need to be installed, simply executed. Your pc’s security apps may be preventing you from executing apps that haven’t been approved by your pc John. Check your security logs.
