ImageMate micro sdxc slot max speed 20mb/sec

i have new pc, asus h87mpro, win 8.1
new sandisk micro sdhc UHS-1 extreme ultra card 64gb ->max speed read and write 20mb/sec in microcard-slot
i’m updating all drivers - all drivers last release (chipset…) -no
read userborads, ask google ->no helpfull-> card problem?
last try card with adapter in sd-slot -> 80mb read, 50 write
what can i do, to use micro slot on card reader?
