I am a brand new user WD My Passport essential . I have tried many times to install the quick format for MAC and it keeps telling me “One of the volumes on the device is busy and cannot be dismounted.” I went online and read the instructions to increasing my partition to 1 and its now telling me that it could not “unmount disk”.
