Hello all!
I am a bran new user to WD My Passport essential SE. I am not too computer savvy but I have tried numerous times to install the quick format for MAC and it keeps telling me “One of the volumes on the device is busy and cannot be dismounted.” I went online and read the instructions to increasing my partition to 1 and its now telling me that it could not “unmount disk”. Gong Crazy! PLEASE HELP!
