I am so not a tech savvy person. I thought when I plugged the device in I would see instructions to follow. I was finally able to find the device in my control panel and the disk management but I really just do not know what I am doing. I would truly appreciate it if someone would be kind enough to help me please, I have no idea what formatting is.
You shouldn’t need to format it, unless you bought the wrong format to begin with.
What do you need help doing? I mean, once it’s plugged in, you use it just like any other drive.
