i am not able to connect my 1tb harddrive in brand new laptop, it is getting conected in runnig 3 years old laptop
Try using different USB ports, updating the USB drivers, and checking the power settings to ensure the laptop isn’t turning off USB devices. You can also check Disk Management to see if the drive is recognized and try using a different cable.
