i actually i found out the software for the hadrive but when i install it it says not started frm drive can anyone plz help me with that
Uninstall Smartware if you previously had installed.
Update the firmware , update SES drivers and then run the Smartware application from the drive

Dude, if you formated it then your done, the data is overwritten. The only way to get back the data is with specialized software. This is because a format does not per say delete the data, it just labels it as empty and then allows a new partition to write over it. So dig around for some recovery software, thats all you can do.
