How to set up G Speed Shuttle to be RAID 0

My new G Speed Shuttle has virtually no instructions or guide manual. Can’t find one online either. It is automatically set up as Raid 10. But I want RAID 0. How do I do this?

Also how do I stop it beeping?

And why aren’t their any instructions!!?
