How to delete / remove existing backup to start fresh?  I don’t want to reformat drive just delete existing backups.  I must be missing simple procedures when I searched the forum, read the user manual and knowledge base.

Hello and welcome, 

Smartware will only create a single folder and inside this folder you will see all your files, you can manually delete some or all files from the smartware.swstor folder, but if the files remain in your PC, Smartware will backup the same files again. If you want to backup only specific folders, you can select the file backup option. See page 9 of the manual for more information.
