How do I install Mac WD Security?

Hello,

I am currently trying to install WD Security with Mac OS X 10.8.2 on “My Passport 1TB” however I get an error of “No Drives Attached, Attach a supported WD Drive”. 

In finder, I can see the drive is there and I am able to read/write to it. 

Please let me know what I am doing wrong.
