That has a graph of a checklist of unstable versions of Rockbox. Only one thing is Red, and it’s usb port. How do I go installing this?

Scroll down to the part with the installation directions.

Read the manual.

There are no disadvantages.

For one, Rockbox can’t play DRM’d content.  Some prefer the Sansa firmware for their needs or tastes.  However, there are no disadvantages because you can dual boot into either firmware.

Rockbox is also for the computer-savvy. Not for people who need everything completely intuitive.

Its graphics are also pretty basic, though they can be modified.

For those who don’t speek computerese, DRM means subscription services like Rhapsody to Go and Napster and audiobook services from libraries like Overdrive and NetLibrary.

Rockbox is also ONLY for the v1 Fuze. If your firmware begins with 2.x, your hardware does not support Rockbox. At least, not at the moment.
