I was trying to format my sd card very often now, but it always shows that I can not format it. What is wrong with it?

Is this a new card you just bought?
From where?
What size is it?
Why are you attempting to format it?
How are you attempting to format it?
Have you used the SD Association’s Formatting tool?
What file system are you attempting to format it to (FAT, FAT32, exFAT, NTFS)?
What computer and OS are you using?
What error message, if any are you receiving?
This is for my card
Is this a new card you just bought? a month old
From where? Radio shack
What size is it? 8gb
Why are you attempting to format it? It says it’s needed
How are you attempting to format it? I tried by right clicking on the Computer screen, and using data managementÂ
