Hi guys. I need a little help.

My WD My Passport 500gb USB 3.0 has a problem, it can be dectected on my computer but I can’t reformat it. It has an error that says: “Windows can’t format this disk, make sure it is not in Read Only.” Something like that…

Try going into Computer Management, Disk Management, and try to format it from there.  It should work easily.

Nope… i tried it last time. It didn’t work. I even tried it to format using a bootable flashdrive, still don’t work…
