I bought a brand new WD Elements Basic Storage 1TB USB3.0. It works fine on my PC (Windows10) but when connecting to Samsung Blue Ray (USB slot) it does not recognize my new WD portable drive. What do I need to do?
Try connecting it to the usb port on your wireless router, it should automatically be considered a “safe” place on the network that everyone can see, including your television.
