I recently purchased a new WD Elements 1TB HD in addition to the exact same model I have owned for a few years.
My older HD is recognised when I plug it into my Samsung BR player, whereas the new one doesn’t show up.
Both are NTFS, 1TB WD Elements external hard drives and both work fine when connected to laptops and PCs (Windows 10).
Does anyone have any idea as to why the blue ray player is not recognising my new HD but works fine with the older version please?
