Western Digital My Book 2TB and My Passport Ultra 1TB

No more seen by windows 7 AFTER the last updates

I am enclosing the screenshot of ONLY the Passport Ultra 1TB

Where there’s the “F” Unit, I should have the “unlock.exe” file which is no more there

The same goes for the “My Book” HD

I need help, please !!!

Are you able to test the drive on a different computer? 

If the unit was working before the update, make sure that the drivers for the USB ports were updated as well.

Well … I got to tell you … After SEVERAL days the 2TB Unit was “unplugged”, now I can lunch the unlock.exe
But it says that I have to FORMAT the unit …
About “checking” the USB drivers, I would like to know how to do it.

I made a “clean” with CC CLEANER and DISABLED all the services as someone suggested me on the Windows Community.
So I would say a little step has been done.
Now the unit is there ( I am talking of the My book, the My Passport is still “out” ) but I would like to SEE and get back my files …

The volume doesn’t have a recognized file system.

Check that all the necessary drivers are are loaded for the file system and that the volume is not damaged …

Is it DEFINITELY dead ???
