I’ve had this HD for almost three years and never had a problem. I’ve basically stored my life on it. But last week, while I was getting some files off of it, I accidentally moved my laptop and the cable to the HD became disconnected. Then i saw a bunch of error messages for the word files I had gotten off the HD. Afterwards, I tried to reconnect the HD and it wouldn’t pop up anymore on my laptop (it’s a macbook). I tried rebooting but nothing works. Is there anything I can do to fix it? Are the rest of the files on the HD also damaged or just the ones that I opened? Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!
