Help! My Passport vs. Easystore

Starting to have slight issues with my 2TB Passport HD and am looking at upgrading to a 5TB soon.

Just saw that WD now has an Easystore model. What is the difference? I’m hearing that they are the same, but am also hearing to stay away from the Easystore model. BB has a sweet deal on the Easystore, but I want to make sure which is more reliable and fits my needs. I have tons of music (DJ), videos, and pics on my current one and want to transfer those to the new one.

Read the product pages and specifications and compare.

for example the passports have encryption/passwords … the easystores don’t.
different usb speeds eg. passport USB3.2 easystore 3.0 etc etc etc
