I received 2 new 10T G-Drives a week ago. Both mounted on the desktop initially, but after formatting, only one now shows. The Utilities folders for both drives are on the desktop, but the 2nd drive never mounts. It’s possible there was an interruption to the formatting process for the 2nd drive, and I now need help getting it back!
