Fuze won't record radio or voice

When I first got it I did both just to check them out and they worked but I didn’t want them so I deleted them it has now been a couple of weeks and it won’t record! For the radio it looks like its gonna do it, it stops asks if I would like to save I say yes but theres nothing in the file! For the voice I click record now and the screen dims for a few seconds then goes back to the menu! Please Help! Thanks!

Just for the heck of it, why don’t you reinstall the firmware
