Can anyone help?
I have just bought a fuse and although the manual states that there are two volume settings available, I cannot find them under the settings menu as indicated by the users manual. I have asked Sansa about this and they haven’t responded and I’m not sure whether they can be bothered to reply.
I would like to be able to turn the volume up a little bit more than the current system allows. Any suggestions?
The volume setting is removed if Europe is selected as the region when player is turned on for the first time. This is necessary because all Europeans have extremely sensitive ears that they will damage by listening to evil loud music, unless they are prevented from doing so by the loving and caring European Commission.
Just select “reset factory settings” under system settings, and then set the region to “rest of world” (and NOT Europe).

Well, I am afraid the problem is that Europeans are not sensitive enough or they are in the process of loosing their sensitivity. Since the EC has failed in the effort to force cucumbers to grow straight by way of ordinance it now concentrates on straightening at least the human crop by helping them to withstand the perils of their acquired insensitivity, e.g. damaging their hearing purposely because the state health insurance will pay for the repair or bothering others in public with the noise of damaging their hearing because the state educational system cannot (doesn’t want to) afford to raise the European offspring into social and civilized members of society.
