fuze|playlist problam!!!

I purchesed a sansa fuzed a couple of days ago, and I tried to upload playlist to it using WMP, but with no luck, I did it as explaind at sandisk tuturial for the sansa fuze, but nothing as come up!!!

Please help me!!!
