FORMAT 500 GB Extreme Portable SSD

I used my 500 GB SSD to downlosd a new install for Windows 10 download, and in the process he drive was reformatted to 32 GB by downloading the OS and I lost all my data that was on the drive. Now I want to format the drive as a single partition of 500 GB. How can I reformat the drive to it’s original size? I know the original Data is now gone, but want to be able to have a single partition for the full size of the drive.

Open Disk Management: This PC > Right click and select Manage.
Delete the 32GB partition on the SSD to make all the storage space be unallocated.
Then create a new 500GB partition on the whole SSD.
