Just got brand new Fuze and everything works with sound except for the FM tuner. I get no sound when I put the FM tuner on. When I play my songs or videos I get I get sound but when I want to listen to the radio I get no sound. Very FRUSTRATED!!! Please help!!!

Make sure that the radio option is set to be “American”.
Make sure you don’t have the radio “muted”. Press the Up button on the wheel to make sure.

Did you see Red Speaker Icon on the screen? If that is the case, press “>||” button on the wheel.
