Error in RAID configuration message

Just got a brand new My Book Duo (12TB) and I set it up, configured it as RAID1 then copied about a TB of data to it.

Now I keep getting an error message pop up saying "Error in RAID configuration. Your deivce My Book Duo (S/N) has RAID configuration issues.

I ran the WD utiility and the drive passes all the tests. Any thoughts?
