The error code -8062 is a generic error code that can be caused by a variety of problems. The drive is corrupted or you may have to format it. Or, the drive is not properly plugged in.
Try using a different USB cable or updating the firmware to see if that fixes the problem. You can also utilize some recovery software like Stellar or Recoverit to access the files from the drive.
