ERROR CODE 0x8078012D

I have tried more that six times to backup my Dell Duo. I have Trend Micro Virus protection and just added IOLO Technologies System Mechanic 12. I’m not sure if these extra programs are causing the backup not to work or what. Can anybody give me a hand?

What software are you using to perform the backup?

Try disabling the aforementioned applications and run the backup to see if there’s a conflict.

What software are you using to perform the backup? If is WD Smartware, make sure that you are using the latest version of the software. Also you may try reinstalling the software.
