Drive not powering on

My  ‘My Book Essentials 3TB USB3’ drive will not power on at all. The white LED will not light up. I have tried this on multiple computers and power sockets, so it is definitely either the drive or power supplies fault.

I have opened a support case but there has been no repones for over a week.

The drive is still under warranty however I would ideally like to recover the data. Any ideas?
