Don't see the backup app when installing my Passport Ultra

Hi, when installing my passport ultra the wizard only showed two of the four apps mentioned in the instructions ie security and utilities. No WD backup or WD quick view.

I have looked at the support page and only see a backup app for windows.

Any thoughts on what I need to do?

Hello,

The WD backup software only works for windows, this software does not have a mac version, but you can use time machine with your device which is a Mac OSx backup software. Please check this link it might help you with this:
