Doesn't display length of song in hours and minutes

I recently bought a Sandisk Clip Sport Go player.
I am basically very pleased with the machine!
Just one thing is troubling me:
I use the player to listen to speeches. Yet the player does not display the hour and minutes to know exactly where I am holding in the lecture.
Is there any way I can have the hours and minutes of the lecture displayed?
