Hi! I just bought my Passport Ultra (to use with a Mac) and deleted to contents of the new drive as I was installing. Didn’t even make my first back-up. I’ve attempted to download the installation apps from the website again but they are not working. Is there anyway to reinstall the apps and use my Passport Ultra? Thank you for any and all help!

You dont need to download the app in order to use your drive. Since you are going to use it with a Mac you will have to format it for Mac first.
