Hello, I just got a new My Passport Ultra 2TB to connect macbook (version10.11.6). When I first connected it the computer recognise it, but when I first open Time Machine the system stop it and its stop showing up on the desktop // it dose appear on the Disk Utility // I downloaded WD drive utilities & WD Security & Universal Firmware Updater for mac but still can’t see or use the external drive / PLEASE HELP / Thank’s Dana

OK problem solved _ in Disk Utility _ erase data and it showing up again *
