I bought a 2t external hard drive so I could connect it to my Panasonic 58" plasma viera TV. I wanted to put my music photos and videos onto it and also thought I would be able to record onto it. However the TV won’t find my hard drive yet it will find a USB stick with photos on it so I’m assuming the WD hard drive is not compaible with it. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?

The drive is NTFS formatted, make sure your TV supports NTFS. Otherwise you will need to change the files system to Fat 32.

Did you investigate if your TV supports external drives up to a specific capacity? For example 1 TB drives or 2 TB Drives?
