I cannot clone my hard disk any longer. I have been using Acronis True Image for years now, but just upgraded to Windows 10. There is no destination disk to choose from. The 2nd disk is greyed out. I had used Version 11 with no problems for many years, but upgraded to the 2015 version. My 2 drives are identical to each other. For some reason, the new version sees both as ata(0) primary master. Device manager shows one as Primary and one as secondary. Here is a screenshot of both. Please help. Thanks.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software?
If that does not work then I recommend you contact WD support.
Yes, I uninstalled everything including the older version, and reinstalled the 2015 version. Same problem.
