My boyfriend’s external drive WD My passport doesn’t work anymore.
We wanted to check if the guaranty still works as it is new but bought on Amazon.
We tried to register it on WD website.
We tried several times from several devices and even different countries (internet connections…) and we always get a message of error saying that the action cannot be done for the moment and that we have to try again later.
Has anyone had this problem before ? Any hint ?
