Cant Read without crashing

Hi,

I need some help. When I connect my Harddrive with my PC, I can access to the root folders. But when I open a folder, the explorer crashes. When I copy a folder to my desktop the explorer crashes too.

I have try to copy it with a linux system but I have the same problems.

Anyone have the same problem?

You should check the health of WD’s external portable hard drives using WD Drive Utilities or Windows Data Lifeguard Diagnostic tool. If fails, issue is with the drive and need to take a backup.
