Hi,
I have the same issue and the support is unable to help.
Basically once it is saved in the SandiskSecure it cannot be open.
My .PST file cannot be open and it is a waste for me to buy a advance SSD as SandiskSecure extreme portable. It should be stated on the box of the product to avoid same issue for other user.
Poorly design with no other way around it is something that need to be improve and im a really disappointed user.
Hi,
After copying your .pst file from SecureAccess, if it shows as 0 bytes or you cannot open it, it was likely not exported correctly. Large Outlook .pst files cannot be directly copied outside of the vault using SecureAccess, which may result in corrupted or unreadable data. There are two methods you can try to resolve this problem.
First, try using Outlook to open the original.pst file straight from SecureAccess if you still have access to it, rather than transferring it outside. If the file itself is undamaged, this might fix the issue. You will require a PST recovery tool if the file is already corrupted. Emails, contacts, and attachments can be restored by scanning the damaged file, rebuilding it, and using dependable programs like BLR PST File Recovery Tool. Alternatively, a PST converter can export the content into formats like MBOX, EML, or Office 365 import if you wish to use your Outlook data on a different platform. When SecureAccess generates an unusable .pst copy, these tools are frequently the only means of recovering Outlook data.
