I am able to login to my dashboard just fine, but when I go into the Smartware and select My Cloud, it asks me for a user name and password and never did before. Even earlier today it was working without needing to login. None of the user names and passwords I have tried will let me in. Please help.
Hi Joe, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Smartware? Also, you may want to clear the credentials for Smartware under control panel of Windows.
In addition to Loubie’s suggestion you can also navigate the WD SmartWare share within your WD My Cloud in order to access/copy the backed-up files manually.
