Can't copy files from Mybook, only creates empty zip files

I have been using mybook for a while, I have a 2TB drive with all of my music videos.

I can play the videos/songs and can create and move things within the drive. I really want to copy some of the music back onto my pc (windows 10) using the WD My Cloud program but when I copy and then paste I am only left with an empty zip file created in less than a second, am I missing something?

Hi, I tried wit a single file and I was able to download it from the WD My Cloud App, Are you trying to copy a folder with a lot of files?. In my case when I download a folder with roughly 10 gigs of files it creates the ZIP and then continue to download. A workaround in your case could be to download the files manually by going into the share.
