Cannot see WD My Book Studio II in My Computer, but can see it in Computer Management

How do I get My Book to show up in My Computer so that I can copy files to it as backups?

Should I be doing this some other way?

Most likely the My Book Studio is HFS formatted. For Windows you need to reformat the drive as NTFS or Fat 32. See the WD article below:
