Cannot Reformat My Passport

Hi,

I tried to reformat my 1 TB Passport but cannot. It gives me a error message

I tried to reconnect the passport and it prompts me to format. But I will get this message everytime I tries to  format.

I used disk management and this is what is shows:

I tried to delete the volume and it will prompts :

I have tried to download the WD Quick formatter but it cannot format the drive too.

Please help me in this matter. In need of the passport urgently.

Hello, the hard drive could be faulty, but you can try to use DLG to write zeros and see if that helps. Also be sure to connect the passport directly to the computer, avoid using extension USB cables or USB hubs, the USB cable should not be longer than 18 inches.
